The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in identifying three men who allegedly stole credit cards in Rowland Heights earlier this month. According to a news release, the three men took two credit cards and cash from a car in the 17000 block of East Colima Road on March 8, then bought nine gift cards worth $200 each using the stolen credit cards. Authorities are searching for two missing girls who disappeared in Rowland Heights on Saturday. The sisters, Adrianna Villegas, 12, and Isabella Villegas, 14, were last seen on the 17800 block of Colima Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. More than three weeks after an arrest was made in the July pistol-whipping and robbery of an Asian-American couple in Rowland Heights, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced Tuesday that three men have been charged for that incident and "a series of of daytime robberies over the past five months." "I don’t want to get emotional, but I just feel so violated." An investigation is underway into the shooting death of a 30-year-old man who was found in a Rowland Heights intersection early Sunday morning. Deputies responded to the area of Colima and Fullerton roads after getting a call about shots fired just before 2:40 a.m., according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department news release.
