February 2, 2023 Troy, NY – Mayor Patrick Madden issued an update regarding severe temperatures that are expected to impact the Capital region beginning early Friday morning and well into the day on Saturday. Temperatures well below zero degrees will be accompanied by strong winds, adding wind chill factors that may be dangerous.
