Today’s episode was inspired by the ever-changing path of the witch, or at least my ever-changing path. Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere, but I just wanted to talk a bit about finding your path, changing your mind, and making choices along the way.

Self-care has become a large focus for me in my personal life, so much so that I find I have integrated my self-care practice and my witchcraft practice using different routines and ideas. I'm at the stage now of burnout recovery, so self-care but to an extreme. But what is self-care, and how should you approach it within a magical context? We're going to explore that today!

Sometimes you just have to start over, ya know? Go back to the basics of your practice and really figure out what you enjoy, what matters the most to you, and how you can further deepen your connection to your faith and witchcraft!
The last few years have seen tremendous growth in both my personal and witchy life. Both things and people have come and gone. Life has changed, my practice has changed, and I have changed. All of these changes have brought chaos and disconnection into my daily life, so I've been feeling the need to get back to basics, as they say, and really connect to my practice ..read more

It's the last day of 2022 and holy crap I am ready for it. It's been chaos and unpredictability in both my personal life as well as my practice, and I'm glad to be starting over fresh with many things come 2023. Things have changed in my life and I'm getting back to why I started making content in the first place -- for something I enjoy doing!
I hope you have a wonderful New Year celebration and a joyous start to your 2023. I know I will!

Do you label your witchcraft practice? Maybe you're a green witch, or a cottage witch, or a kitchen witch?
In today's episode, I give my perspective and opinion on the different ways labels can help and harm your witchcraft practice. As always, this episode is simply one witch's thoughts! I don't personally label my witchcraft, though I have labeled my polytheistic practice. Don't forget that labels are community created and arbitrary -- they only matter if they matter to you!

This month, I was inspired to give a more spooky episode for the podcast, something steeped in legend and folklore.
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow was written by Washington Irving, an American author that wrote the story detailing a Hessian soldier that was decapitated during a battle in the revolutionary war come back to life without his head. However, he isn't the first or only headless horseman in legend or myth. In Ireland and some other Celtic nations, there is another headless horseman that is commonly associated with The Dullahan.
Today's story comes to us from Fairy Legends and Traditions ..read more
