CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The City of Cheyenne Recreation Division released a statement Wednesday addressing comments and concerns regarding its recent acquisition of the BEAST Facility. The City of Cheyenne acquired BEAST in February and began a multi-month process to start moving its Recreation Division programming to the facility, according to a news release from the city.
