An investigation is underway after deputies called to a reported traffic collision found a man with fatal stab wounds in Paramount Friday morning. Authorities are investigating a smash-and-grab robbery that took place at a Paramount jewelry store Tuesday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department received a call about the robbery just after 10:30 a.m., Lt. Ron Ridley told KTLA. One person was killed in a fiery, multi-vehicle crash on the 105 Freeway in Paramount on Monday morning. The collision happened shortly before 3:30 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway near Garfield Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol incident log.
