Chelsea Mynyk, owner of Castle Rock Women's Health, joined the Bella Health and Wellness v. Weiser case after a judge on Monday issued an order allowing her to intervene in the lawsuit. Two lanes of northbound Interstate 25 at Castle Rock Parkway were blocked for a hazmat team cleanup Thursday morning, South Metro Fire Rescue said. A diesel fuel spill started after three-car crash on northbound I-25 between Castle Rock Parkway and Happy Canyon Road during the Thursday morning commute.
