by Elaine Schultz An open letter to the University of Virginia community: The above photo was posted at 5:30 AM on May 1. After reflecting on the scene, the protests, and the underlying cause, a number of questions popped into my head, which I now share with you. The Daily Progress reported that UVA said protestors could stay as long as the gathering didn’t become an encampment. But they slept in a big group on Grounds and are asking the public to keep them supplied so they can stay? An encampment needn’t have tents to be an encampment. Sleeping outside overnight is camping as anyone who camp ..read more

Power grab: Albemarle County Public Schools’ secret plot to subvert parental authority in cases of gender-confused students
The Schilling Show Blog

First, Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) secretly conspired to force female students of all ages to undress, shower, and conduct bathroom activities in the presence of bio-males. Now, the division is colluding with teachers to conceal from parents, insidiously, the proclivities of their gender-confused students. During recent district-wide mandatory training, ACPS educators were instructed to NOT inform parents of “student changes” regarding pronouns, names, and gender identity. All-in: Albemarle County Public Schools compelling mandatory allowance of boys in girls’ lockers and showers
The Schilling Show Blog

In direct contradiction to fundamental biology and basic human dignity, gender-zealots at Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) have launched new gender-expansive policy mandates. Screen captures of recent mandatory ACPS teacher training reveal extreme positions taken by the division regarding the abandonment of student privacy in intimate settings (lockers, bathrooms, showers) and the forced integration of biologically non-conforming students into previously sex-specific safe spaces—at the whim and desire of the non-conforming students. The first mandate is termed “Access in Alignment,” whic ..read more

DEI book club: Albemarle County’s “Community Read” fraught with woke propaganda
The Schilling Show Blog

Albemarle County Government has way too much time and money at its disposal. To wit: the spring 2024 “Community Read,” sponsored by the county’s Office of Equity & Inclusion (a nearly $400k enterprise). The Equity Office selected, All We Can Save: Truth, Courage, and Solutions for the Climate Crisis, as the featured read—a book that checks several intersectionality woke-boxes. The county’s buzzword-laden press release clunkily touts the selection as an “intersection between the historically significant contributions women have made to improvements in our society and environment.” Also prom ..read more

Accused of assault and battery by an as-yet unnamed woman and tried in the courts of social media and public opinion, things looked grim for McNamara—until timestamped video surveillance footage was uncovered and reviewed. Defense attorney, Rhonda Quagliana, highlighted the following in he ..read more

The case against Patrick Joseph McNamara, who was accused of assault and battery in Charlottesville, will soon be dismissed according to sources close to the investigation. Mr. McNamara’s life was upended following the unsubstantiated charges against him, including threats of eviction, loss of employment, and social stigmatization. Throughout the process, McNamara vociferously maintained his innocence and claimed GPS and other digital data would provide unimpeachable alibis for his presence during the time of the alleged attacks. Exculpatory surveillance video has been obtained and entered int ..read more
