The e-commerce giant is adding a trucking and warehousing building. Woodbury is getting an Amazon facility.  It's been rumored the eastern Twin Cities suburb would be home to Amazon's latest facility after the City Council in August approved a proposal from Ryan Companies to build a 517,000-square-foot distribution building at the southwest corner of Hudson Road and Manning Ave in northeast Woodbury. The 17-year-old driver of a vehicle that crashed so violently in Woodbury that it split in half, killing one passenger and seriously injuring three others, has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide and three counts of criminal vehicular operation.  Kyle S. Police say more are still out there. Woodbury Public Safety Police in Woodbury say they arrested three teenage children at the weekend in connection with a recent vehicle theft spree in the city. Woodbury Police, Fire and EMS announced on Facebook the arrests were made Saturday after police were called to attempted thefts of vehicles from garages in the 9100 block of Heritage Way and the 4800 block of Ashton Curve.
