ST. CHARLES, Mo. - After a standoff Monday morning with St. Charles Police, an O'Fallon man has now been charged. Terrance Mahone, 42, is facing one charge of unlawful use of a weapon, according to officials. ST. CHARLES -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating two accidents that occurred in St. Charles County. In one incident, a car struck a pedestrian; in the other, two motorcycles and a semi-truck collided, causing multiple injuries. ST. CHARLES, Mo. - A firefighter who was charged with child pornography Thursday was found dead later that night, according to officials. St. Charles Police were called to the parking garage around 8:30 p.m. at Ameristar Casino for reports of an unresponsive man. Upon arrival, they found Jarret Morton dead at the scene. He was 50. Detectives say Morton jumped off the sixth level of the parking garage. Morton was facing charges on two counts of possession of child pornography. CHARLES, Mo. - Prosecutors call a St. Charles man's charges "deeply concerning" in a privacy case through which he is accused of recording hundreds of videos of women on his phone without receiving consent. Timothy W. Fry, 34, is charged with six counts of Class E Felony of Invasion of Privacy in St. Charles County. Authorities say Fry recorded four women, without their knowledge, between 2021 and 2023.
