I attended virtual bible study tonight and the topic was on “Praying Together”. Now is the time to get our “WORD UP” to our Heavenly Father and remind Him of His promises. Yes, remind Him! Although God is Omniscient (all-knowing), He loves when we know the word and call on Him for help. I’m guilty of saying vain prayers and being lazy in my praise at times but thank God for the Holy Spirit to intercede on my behalf. Sometimes just getting started is the most difficult part of the process rather it be fitness, meal planning, or journaling. I guess the saying is “You don’t know, what you don’t know”. This was very much true in my first encounter with working out in a gym setting. I was around age 20 and although I felt invincible, there was also reservation.
