Today we are having a chardonnay , which I was thoroughly surprised to enjoy so much. I was having a pamper day and decided to go for a lunch date with my friend and we were so confused so we asked the restauraunt what they would recommend and to our surprise , it was this beautiful chardonnay from the Anura vineyards. This is 2022 blend ,The Anura vineyards are based in the western cape .It has quite a short process to make but it is a very tasty wine. It’s getting super cold in South Africa and wine has been my go-to for some company in this cold. Guys I know I say this quite a lot but I’m not even lying when i say this is my most favorite Chenin Blanc in the world and im never changing my mind . Kleine Zalze really did a number on this bottle of wine. The flavours are fresh and very bold. This bottle is part of the vineyard selection which is made from premium grapes and also allows for the wine to be aged and enjoyed at a later stage. Lol guys I dont know what’s happening. White wine seems to just be doing it for me and I cant get enough . I cant even remember the last time I craved red wine . The worst part is that it’s even winter in South Africa, but you’ll see me pairing beef with white wine .
