A Fairfield man on Thursday pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft, a U.S. Attorney said. Steven Daniel Miller, 48, entered his plea in a federal courtroom in Sacramento, said Phillip A. Talbert, who leads the U.S. Department of Justice’s Eastern District of California.
