As a large bear was spotted roaming around Burbank, security video captured the moment the bear enjoyed a refreshing dip in a pool. As bears emerge out of hibernation for the spring season, sightings have increased as the search for food begins. A woman who was caught on camera violently smashing the windshields of parked cars with bricks in Los Angeles has been arrested. The suspect, identified as Lisa Jones, 30, was taken into custody Wednesday in connection with a series of unprovoked attacks targeting vehicles across L.A. County. The Burbank Police Department is looking for a black sedan that struck a bicyclist on Tuesday, leaving the cyclist with life-threatening injuries. A Burbank business kept nearly half a million dollars from more than 100 workers as overtime pay, then lied to investigators and said that the employees did not work overtime hours, the U.S. Department of Labor announced Tuesday.
