DELMAR, Del. –  The Delmar Wildcats take down Sussex Academy 2-1 thanks to Baylie Phillips’ game-winning goal at the end of double overtime. The game was tied at one goal apiece for the rest of regulation. Neither team could score until Baker scored the goal with less than one minute left in double overtime. The Wildcats move to 8-3 on the season with the win.   LEWES, Del. – Beebe Hospital is speaking out against HB350, which aims to control prices by setting spending caps for hospitals, which for Beebe alone would mean a 60 million dollar cut within two years. CAMBRIDGE, Md. – The City of Cambridge is filing suit against Cambridge Waterfront Development Inc., citing the company has not gone through the proper channels and agreed upon covenants to lease out formerly city land to new occupants. WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. – Thursday marks the first day of early voting in Maryland. On the Eastern Shore, one of two polling locations saw people bright and early. At the Wicomico County youth and Civic Center, chief judge, Eric Brewington, said the location saw some steady foot traffic. “It’s consistent. CAMBRIDGE, Md. – A Cambridge man is behind bars after he allegedly led police on a chase late Monday night. The investigation began just before 11 p.m. when officers tried to stop a motorized scooter around Rigby Avenue and Camelia Street for not having any taillights and driving erratically.
