Renowned legal expert Alan Dershowitz has raised significant concerns regarding the recent testimony of Stormy Daniels and its potential impact on the prosecution’s case in New York City.
In a scathing critique, Dershowitz highlighted what he perceives as “clear reversible error” committed by both the judge and the prosecution during Daniels’ testimony.
Dershowitz, a Harvard Law professor emeritus and prominent defense attorney, expressed incredulity at the handling of the case, stating, “There was clear reversible error today committed by the judge and by the prosecution.”

Maryland Senate candidate Rep. David Trone has been no stranger to controversy on the campaign trail
The Democrat frontrunner in one of this year’s top Senate races went off on a reporter this week who pressed him concerning a controversial remark he made on social media about police.
The tense exhange between Rep. David Trone, D-Md., and Fox 5 reporter Tom Fitzgerald happened during a campaign stop in Rockville, Maryland, on Tuesday, when Trone expressed his anger about the outlet’s reporting from the previous day on his claim that an “increased police presence” doesn’t make people feel ..read more

Biden Interview With Erin Burnett Is Hilarious Exercise in Childish Denial and Straight-Up Falsehood
Salisbury News

Joe Biden finally did an interview that wasn’t completely a softball interview.
The questions weren’t particularly tough from CNN’s Erin Burnett, but she did ask him about some basic facts, such as the polls being against him. Now if you know Biden, nothing ticks him off more than being challenged, and something like that definitely challenges him.
Burnett said that the polls showed that voters trusted former President Donald Trump more on the economy. She ticked off several problems with the Biden economy including the cost of buying a home which has doubled, real income is down, economic gro ..read more

The Biden team pulled out the short stairs to help Joe Biden minimize his tripping and falling issues.
But it still doesn’t change his issues, so he’s continued to have problems. As I wrote last week, his foot caught on the second to the last step, and had it dragged a second or so longer, he would have face-planted on the South Lawn off the helicopter.
But on Wednesday, on his way up the short stairs to Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews to go to Wisconsin to campaign, Biden had another problem. He went up slowly but then watch when he gets to the top of the stairs and steps into the plane ..read more

Has the Supreme Court noticed that we’ve crossed a legal Rubicon? The Constitution — that thing the Court is supposed to defend — is becoming less relevant by the day because the left has decided that our mutual pact of self-governance doesn’t apply to leftists. They have weaponized our government against us — using it to surveil, silence, harass, and steal from us. Our own government is even arguing that the Constitution should not be a constraint on its operations — which is precisely what its purpose is.
Are the Supreme Court Justices beginning to realize th ..read more

California sure has a way of finding the worst possible candidates to represent them in Congress.
Many are the most extreme kind of leftists who saw Donald Trump’s presidency as the second coming of Adolf Hitler.
Like, Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters, who, in a recent interview on MSNBC, spouted an unhinged conspiracy theory about evil Trump supporters.
As seen in a clip shared to the social media platform X by RNC Research, Waters spoke to Jonathan Capehart on his show, “The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart.”
