CARSON (CBSLA) — California Highway Patrol officials issued a Sigalert Sunday for upwards of three hours after a pedestrian was struck and killed by an oncoming vehicle. An incident report detailed that no vehicles were at the scene when officers arrived. They found the body in the roadway on Eastbound SR-60  just West of Archibald Avenue in Carson.
