One Dead Following Shooting In Inglewood; Investigation Underway

INGLEWOOD (CBSLA) — Police were dispatched to the scene of a fatal shooting in Inglewood early Sunday morning. The shooting occurred at around 5 a.m. on Warren Lane, and when authorities arrived they found one man dead at the scene. Witnesses in the area claimed that the gunfire was heard near Florence and Prairie Avenues in the area. The victim’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin. LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – Two fugitives wanted in a murder in Hawaii were captured in Southern California Wednesday. Juan Tejedor Baron, left, and Scott Hannon. (Honolulu Police Department) The two men, 34-year-old Scott Hannon and 23-year-old Juan Tejedor Baron, were apprehended by US Marshals and L.A. police. According to Honolulu police, Baron was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on a Greyhound bus in Anaheim which was bound for Mexico. He was found hiding under a bench in the back of the bus.
