So yesterday, I went to practice “singing” screaming in the rehearsal studio. Indeed, on Friday I have had my first lesson since a looooong while (*insert Titanic It’s been 84 years meme *) and I was itching to practice, despite being absolutely exhausted physically. Why? Because I have realised how cathartic it is for me to belt out. Not only that, but I am able to let go all the way without incurring british bangs on the wall (a polite yet irritated type of bang).
