A judge has sentenced Aaron Pulsifer to a minimum of seven years and a maximum of 30 years in prison and has been ordered to pay $124,050 back to MSHDA. MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — Two men pleaded guilty to charges related to a shooting that killed a 6-month-old girl in Muskegon last year.
