Muskegon-based Parkland Properties acquired the bank, which makes up the basement, first floor, mezzanine and second floor of the 13-story building at 60 Monroe Center St. NW, for $670,500, Crain's reports. MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — One person was sentenced for defrauding the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance program, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority said. A judge has sentenced Aaron Pulsifer to a minimum of seven years and a maximum of 30 years in prison and has been ordered to pay $124,050 back to MSHDA. A report of fraud led to MSHDA and police investigating Pulsifer. EGELSTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A woman died following a crash with a semi-truck near Muskegon Wednesday afternoon. It happened around 2 p.m. on Apple Avenue at Wolf Lake Road in Egelston Township.
