ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (NETWORK INDIANA) — The Delphi murders trial was rescheduled for October after a hearing at the Allen County Courthouse on Tuesday. Richard Allen’s defense team withdrew their request for a quick trial during the hearing. They explained that they would require more time than the initial 15 days allocated for the trial, which was initially supposed to finish by the end of May. Mark Frazier with the National Weather Service says if you are planning on voting later today make sure you have access to news and weather alerts, in case we do see hail, heavy rain, wind, and potentially, tornadoes. LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) — A fertilizer tank leak has resulted in a miles-long fish kill in central Indiana, environmental officials said Monday. Officials with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management said state conservation officers on Sunday afternoon reported a large number of dead fish in the waters around Flint Creek near West Point in Tippecanoe County. FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) —  It came after 19-year-old Caleb Rush attempted to forcefully rob a 15-year-old girl last year. As reported by our newsgathering partners at 21ALIVE, records show he tackled the girl and then began reaching into her pockets to grab things but was unsuccessful. FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A Fort Wayne man was sentenced to six years in prison Monday for being involved in a sexual relationship with a 12-year-old girl.
