The term “variant” is used to describe influenza viruses that have been detected in humans but are more commonly found in pigs. In July of 2011, influenza A H3N2 variant viruses were discovered in humans for the first time; these viruses are also known as “H3N2 viruses“ since they contain the matrix (M) gene originally found in the 2009 H1N1 pandemic virus. In 2010, the viruses were first discovered in swine in the United States. Twelve H3N2 virus in humans were documented throughout 2011. There were 309 confirmed cases of H3N2 in 2012, the year that saw many outbreaks.

The separation of ionizable molecules according to their aggregate charges is the goal of the chromatographic technique known as ion exchange chromatography. Because the charge carried by the molecule of interest can be easily changed by changing the buffer pH, this technique permits the separation of comparable types of molecules that would be difficult to separate using other techniques. This would be the case if other techniques were used.
Ion exchange chromatography is frequently utilised for the separation of inorganic anions (such as chloride, nitrate, and sulphate), as well as inorganic ..read more

A syringe filter is a filtering membrane housed in a plastic housing. Either the fluid to be purified can be drawn up the syringe and filtered, or the unfiltered fluid can be pushed through the filter. When analysing a sample with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ion chromatography (IC), Gas chromatography (GC), or Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy (ICP), a Syringe Filter is used to remove particles.
The end of a syringe is screwed onto it so that it can be used. There is a possibility that syringe filters will include Luer lock fittings, however this is not always the case ..read more

The synthesis reaction is the process of combining two chemicals to form a new one. As we’ll see in a bit with photosynthesis, synthesis reactions don’t always produce just one product.
Whether it results in a single complicated product or several simpler ones, the phrase “combination” is an excellent mental shorthand for a synthesis reaction. Creating an end product requires combining reactants.
We humans engage in a wide range of complicated interactions with one another, many of which can be neatly categorised by observable behavioural patterns. Communication occurs when two people share id ..read more
