New jobless claims last week fell again in Spartanburg County and statewide, the S.C. Theaters, arenas, stadiums and other large venues throughout South Carolina will be allowed to reopen starting Monday with severe restrictions that are meant to prevent an increase in COVID-19 infections, Gov.
