OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - A man from western Wisconsin was arrested on his 12th OWI charge on Saturday evening when a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper pulled him over on I-41 in Outagamie County. DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) - Officers in De Pere are trying to find a missing 47-year-old man who they say has been missing from his home since April 24 at 9 a.m. According to the De Pere Police Department, Wylie R. Lom left his house that morning without telling anyone where he was going, and that any family members did not see him before he left. Due to not being seen before he left, Lom's last clothing description is unavailable. Authorities did note that Lom left his home in a 2021 Honda Ridgeline with Wisconsin registration PK4979. FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) - A fire at a Fond du Lac home on East Division Street caused extensive damage to the basement and first floor. According to the Fond du Lac Fire Rescue, crews were sent to the 300 block of East Division Street around 10:55 a.m. on April 27 for reports of a house fire.
