Three people are facing charges after a 5-year-old Indiana girl died due to severe neglect. Kinsleigh Welty was taken to a hospital after officers found her unresponsive in her home on April 9. She was pronounced dead at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. Her mother, 29-year-old Toni McClure, was arrested on charges of murder and child neglect resulting in death. A man fishing before sunrise Thursday made a gruesome discovery at the Appomattox River in Colonial Heights, Virginia. He found a woman's body. Friday could be the final day of jury selection in former President Donald Trump's hush money trial in New York as Judge Juan Merchan looks to find a group of alternates.  On Thursday, Merchan added seven jurors to the five already seated, completing the 12-person jury panel.
