The Ontario Police Department is investigating an early morning shooting that injured one man. It happened early Friday morning around 2:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Rusty's Lounge. OPD says it began as a physical altercation between two men in the parking lot when at least two shots were fired. However, the man who was struck by the bullet was not involved in the fight, but just sitting in a nearby vehicle. The United Nations called Tuesday for "a clear, transparent and credible investigation" of mass graves uncovered at two major hospitals in war-torn Gaza that were raided by Israeli troops. Testing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has found new genetic evidence of H5N1 avian influenza in the country's milk supply. But the agency said Tuesday its tests cannot tell if the contamination was from a live virus or fragments that had already been destroyed by pasteurization.
