GOLDEN GATE ESTATES Parents in Golden Gate Estates are worried for their kids’ safety as bullets fly through their neighborhood. A recent Facebook post shows a bullet tore through the tire of a family’s truck while it parked in their driveway on 47th Avenue Northeast. The parents say they have 1-year-old twins who run and play outside. Gunfire went off in broad daylight. “All the time, every day, every weekend, mostly on the weekends. Study showing Folic Acid lowering suicidal thoughts and actions

WINK News 12,200,000 Americans have had suicidal thoughts in recent years, and of that group, 1,200,000 attempted suicided, and rates have risen 30% since the year 2000. However, recent research found that prescription Folic Acid reduced suicide thoughts by 44% in patients. Days ago, the City of Cape Coral fired City Manager Rob Hernandez and, in his place, put Michael Ilczyszyn. Last week, Hernandez sent a letter detailing that he felt discrimination occurred within the Cape Coral City Council. LEE COUNTY The “Ban the jab” resolution passed with a majority vote in the Lee County Republican Party and will now head to governor DeSantis’ desk. CAPE CORAL A man was killed Wednesday afternoon after being run over by a car backing out of an empty lot in Cape Coral.
