Press Release SOUTH BEND — An Elkhart man will serve 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to distribution of methamphetamine. Marcus Harris, 40, Elkhart, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty on Wednesday, April 10. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. According to documents in the case, in April 2023, Harris distributed methamphetamine on several occasions between December 2022 and May 2023.
