CLEVELAND (WJW) - The FOX 8 I-Team found no records of regular fire safety inspections for years before flames broke out this month at a downtown high-rise apartment building. CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team found a man so committed to keeping his appointment with a probation officer he went to court even after he was shot. A Cuyahoga County spokeswoman said a man showed up for a meeting with his probation officer around 11 a.m. Wednesday, and a deputy noticed he appeared to be distressed.
