The Sheriff of Vanderburgh County says he will not raid shops that sell Delta 8 and similar products. In a statement put out earlier this week, Sheriff Noah Robinson says while Delta 8 is found iu hemp and other marijuana-related projects, marijuana is excluded specifically from the state’s definition of a controlled substance for purposes of dealing enhancement. Although he’s tied for second place in the Indy Politics/Crossroads Public Affairs poll, Republican Eric Doden says his campaign is feeling the momentum in the last few weeks before the primary. A poll of 500 likely Republican primary voters had Mike Braun in first place at 33 percent. Suzanne Crouch, Eric Doden, and Brad Chambers were all statistically tied for second place. Curtis Hill was third, and Jamie Reitenhour was fourth. Thirty percent were undecided. Doden tells Indy Politics his message is resonating with those undecided voters.
