Today is the 8th of March which happens to be international women’s day! I want to celebrate every woman out there. If you’re a woman and reading this, I hope you’re celebrating yourself today and every other day. You’re special, unique, and definitely full of value. Even though women experience life differently based on a million factors, I hope we see a bit of ourselves in every other woman. I hope that encourages us to be more kind, loving, and supportive of each other. We all need it. I know that I have. Life’s really beautiful and then also very messy and awful other times. I guess you re ..read more

So we’re finally coming to the end of 2021 after what seemed like only a few months. Don’t get me wrong. This year was pretty eventful. We experienced the best and worst throughout a global pandemic. So even if this year wasn’t the easiest, some things were worth experiencing. Whether they made us cry, smile, get angry, or frustrated, there’s a purpose for all of it. Or at least that’s what a posit ..read more

The past two weeks have been an emotional nightmare for me. I received the hardest phone call ever. I got a call saying I had lost someone close to me. Initially, it all just felt like a blur but once I hung up, reality started to sink in. My family has experienced losses since I was a kid but it was never this close to heart for me. Not being home with my family didn’t help either. Losing someone is one thing but grieving from a distance takes it to a different level. I lost my grandfather who also happened to be my best friend. No, seriously. My grandfather was my best friend. He was everyon ..read more

Journalism seemed like a great option but I was too shy and figured it wasn’t for me. Then Architecture to mind. I always saw my grandfather draw a ..read more

I may be way off here but I think most of adult life is about unlearning a lot of things. It’s about reprogramming our views on the world and even ourselves. While this is an integral part of growing, learning new things is too. There’s always going to be something new to learn. However, there are 4 lessons I learned that stood out the most. 1. Change of environment won’t always mean a change in YOU. At some point, we’ve all dreame ..read more
