The police in Ondo State have arrested a bike rider, identified only as Dare, for allegedly defiling and killing a 12-year-old girl, in Akoko, Vanguard reports. . . The victim, Zainab Justina Adeyemo, was returning from an errand in a neighbouring village when she boarded Dare’s bike.
