POLAND, Ohio (WKBN) - One of Poland's most famous homes is undergoing major renovations and will soon be an inn again. The 148-year-old Inn on the Green in Poland was built in 1876. When it was bought three years ago, the house was empty and needed a lot of work, but renovations that started before Christmas are now almost complete. POLAND, Ohio (WKBN) - A new tombstone ensures the Arnold family will be remembered forever at Poland Riverside Cemetery. They lived in Poland around 200 years ago. A recent look at cemetery records found their family plot was marked with no stone. "The basic thing is we think everybody who is buried should have a marker so that those who come and visit the cemetery, and especially family members, can remember their loved ones and where they are," said Dave Smith, with the Poland Historical Society. YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Twinsburg-based nonprofit debuted its full-length music video made by Youngstown-area students. The music video for "May the Sun Go Down on the Violence" was posted on YouTube Thursday. It was filmed throughout Youngstown under the direction of OK, Inc. The video shows the pain caused by gun violence and aims to put a stop to it. Valley Christian senior Reia Frost helped with the song and was the vocalist. YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Two people are now facing charges for a fatal shooting in Austintown in September. A Mahoning County grand jury returned an indictment Thursday against Talim Mumin, 22, on charges of murder and felonious assault with firearm specifications. COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKBN) - The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced on Thursday that six local high school football teams are changing divisions for the 2024 season. The changes were made based on updated base enrollment data that the OHSAA received from the Ohio Department of Education.
