YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The mother of a man who was charged with playing a prank at a local high school that touched off a police response was taken into custody Tuesday on a warrant. Jessica Cardelein, 38, was booked into the Mahoning County jail on a charge of complicity to inducing panic, a second-degree felony. She is expected to be arraigned Wednesday in municipal court. YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — The fourth person wanted for shooting at a car with a baby inside has been arrested. Javon Mixon, 22, was arrested Tuesday by members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force on a charge of complicity to commit felonious assault. He is expected to be arraigned later Wednesday in municipal court. Mixon is one of four people charged with shooting at a car on May 22 in the 600 block of West Ravenwood Avenue that had a baby inside.  No one was injured. GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) - Police found a stolen vehicle in the river in Girard. On Friday afternoon, officers were called to the Mahoning River, in the area of Squaw Creek behind the old Leatherworks property for a truck found in the river. The Girard Fire Department assisted with partially pulling the vehicle out of the river so it could be searched. What's known as the "IGA plaza" on the Village Green and North Broad Street was recently bought by a company called IGP Peninsula. CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) -- The driver charged in a fatal crash on the Ohio Turnpike last August received his sentence Tuesday afternoon. In Canfield court, Nikolas Gable, of Macedonia, was found guilty on an amended charge of reckless operation. He will spend two years on probation. COOLSPRING TWP., Pa. (WKBN) - A fire broke out at a farm in Mercer County on Tuesday. It happened around 4:45 p.m. at a farm on Franklin Road in Coolspring Township near Route 62.
