The Devil Didn't Scare Me, God Did.

I have seen a lot of freaky things during my addiction. No, not hallucinations. I mean real things that even a sober person can grasp. Sometimes these paranormal events would involve my pets. My wife, Joyce, was witness to these also. Once a skeptic but, NOW she’s an all-out believer. Being in the crossfires of what was trying to get me was an unavoidable accident. Since I’ve always attracted spirits, both good and bad, it wasn’t hard for them to find me in Corpus Christi, TX, a paranormal hotspot. Coastal cities usually are. It was only a matter of time before they caught up with me, an ..read more

After a night of doing coke all night, while I was in college, I was at home trying to fall asleep. I couldn’t. Mom had some sleeping pills on the table, so I thought I’d take some. She had told me not to take more than one but, I was tired and just wanted sleep, so I took five, I think. I went to my room, laid in bed, and that’s the last thing I remember. That is until I woke up to bright fluorescent lights, a strange woman sitting beside me, and handcuffed to the railing of a hospital bed. Both hands shackled to the railings of a hospital bed. Can you imagine? What would YOU do? I frea ..read more

Some of my unexplained stories aren’t good OR bad. They just can’t be explained away. There’s no reason for them to have happened other than it was paranormal. Paranormal meaning they are beyond the scope of scientific understanding. For instance, one day, shortly after my Aunt Tittle passed away, my mom and I were at her house, drinking and reminiscing about the good times we had had with her. Telling funny stories and trying to drink the pain away from losing her sister. Mom was on one end of the couch, and I was on the other with clothes hangers sitting on the top of the sof ..read more

My Angel numbers came to me via cell phone. My wife, Joyce, was on the couch; we were arguing because I had got high a couple of days before, and we were broke. I was going to go for a walk and let things cool down when I grabbed my phone and looked at it. As I looked down the security code to get into my Android phone typed, 5-5-5, all by itself. It caught me off guard. I wasn’t scared because this kind of unexplained event happens to me often, but it caught my attention for sure. I blew it off, went for my walk, and tried to think of what it could mean. When I got back home, I typed ..read more

While Joyce and I were looking for a flower bouquet for our wedding, we went to a florist in Bozeman, MT. We knew it was probably out of our league, price-wise, but wanted to try anyway. YEP, a bit more than we had expected. Now, the funny part was after the sales lady went through her spiel. I was standing on the far left of the sales counter, which was about eight feet long and four-ish feet tall. Joyce was standing on the other side, opposite the sales lady, who was on the other side of the counter. The lady started naming prices for the bouquets. The MOMENT she explained the cos ..read more

All through my life, up until my mom died, she told me of this incredible event that made me wonder if Angels were real. I think it was because of this story that I was always attracted to anything spiritual and unexplainable. Hence some of my tattoos. We had gone over to Mississippi, from Texas, to visit some of her friends for a while. Just a vacation for a week that was supposed to be fun. One day, we were out driving around in one of those old 2-door 1980’s style cars. You know, the big metal boats, or tanks if you will. About as long as a full-size truck. We were sitting four ..read more

A quick note of my day. My Angel numbers were 125 and 515. They told me, mainly, to keep a positive attitude. Turned out the day wasn’t so good and, I surely needed it. The motor blew in my truck and my wife’s clutch is out. I lost my job and, am having to look for another job. There isn’t much out there, in Lafayette, that I can walk or ride a bike. It’s ok though because I know that the Angels are around and watching over me. I know because my cell phone ONLY makes a certain sound when placed on a John Eldredge book. Not once, not EVER, does it make this sound, unless it’s on his book ..read more

Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night excited to look at the clock? ME NEITHER, until about six months ago. There is a reason I say this, I will eventually get to it in this blog. After a string of unexplained miracles happened to me that not only changed but, SAVED my life. Thus the reason for starting this blog. I don’t even know if anyone will ever read what I’m writing but, Angels told me that it is time to write. So writing I am. I have no idea how to do this blog thing but I DO know I have to get the truth, and my experiences, out to you. My goal is to open the eyes of ..read more
