WAYNE COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — Police are searching for a wanted suspect, who is believed to be armed and dangerous, after authorities discovered more than $200,000 worth of drugs in an apartment in Wayne County Saturday evening. According to a release from the Kenova Police Department, police are looking for Damani Khari Harris, 23, of Detroit, who is wanted on outstanding warrants from Michigan and West Virginia. CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — A man was declared dead on scene after a two-vehicle crash in Charleston Saturday. According to the Charleston Police Department, Stanley Aaron Burkes, 63, of Charleston, was pronounced dead at the site of the crash after succumbing to his injuries, which occurred at the intersection of Kanawha Boulevard East and East Point Drive around 4:52 p.m. Burkes' vehicle reportedly failed to yield while turning left onto East Point Drive and was struck by an oncoming driver.
