Severe storms and possible tornadoes are forecast to affect millions of people across the U.S. Midwest this week. The National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center said Monday thunderstorms could start in Kansas and Nebraska, which could see hail and flash floods and the possibility of strong tornadoes. Conditions are right to "favor very large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes," the agency said in its Monday evening report. Body of 4th construction worker recovered from Key Bridge collapse

Unified Command announced Monday evening that it has recovered the body of a fourth missing construction worker. The name of the victim has not been released at the request of the family. In a release, Unified Command wrote that the body was discovered on Sunday, trapped inside a vehicle. The victim was positively identified as one of the missing construction workers earlier on Monday. CDC: Several people hospitalized across 9 states due to fake Botox

Roku has been hit by another cyberattack, this time affecting nearly 40 times more accounts than did a similar incident earlier this year.  The streaming company said Friday that it had identified a second security breach involving 576,000 customers as it was monitoring account activity after the first cyberattack, which affected 15,363 accounts.
