Dear Assembly and Mayor Dave Bronson, It is about half-way through September now. Geese and other migratory birds are revving up to head south. Snow is coming. It is going to get real cold here. Real soon. Now that you guys have wasted time fighting with each other over any imaginable topic, with the Assembly busy trying to rewrite the last election’s outcome and the mayor trying to get his administration off the ground, when are you going to finally get around to doing something about the homeless problem?
