HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — It's one of the greatest engineering marvels, and for many years, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel was the longest bridge-tunnel crossing in the world. The Virginia Department of Transportation is cautioning people about another scam in which fake emails involving unpaid E-ZPass tolls are being sent out.
