SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Mint Butterfield, 16, has been missing in the San Francisco Bay Area for five days and deputies are asking for the public's help to find the teen. Mint is considered a "voluntary missing person" who is "at-risk," the Marin County Sheriff's Office said. Mint’s father is Stewart Butterfield, a billionaire businessman and former CEO of Slack. The teenager was last seen at 10 p.m. on April 21 inside a house in Bolinas where the teen lives with their mother. (BCN) -- A dead bird in Concord has tested positive for West Nile virus. The Contra Costa Mosquito and Vector Control District said Friday an American crow was picked up with the virus April 9. It's the first case reported in Contra Costa County this year, after infected birds were reported from Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties. (BCN) -- Golden Gate Ferry service in and out of Sausalito will remain suspended into next week as repairs continue at the Sausalito Ferry Landing, the city said Friday. The ferry landing has been closed since April 19, when a routine inspection found damage to one of the pier's four piles, according to the city's weekly Sausalito Currents press release. FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Dustan Mohr, a former Major League Baseball player, will spend nine years in an Indiana prison after pleading guilty in March to three sex crimes against a 13-year-old girl. Mohr played seven MLB seasons and spent the 2004 season with the San Francisco Giants. Mohr, 47, shed tears Friday at the defense table in Allen Superior Court; he stood up and apologized to the court and to the victim — now 15 — and her family. (KRON) -- Law enforcement agencies are searching for a woman who was last seen in San Jose on Friday. Margaret Ramani, 80, was last seen walking northbound on Ruby Avenue towards Fowler Road at about 12:30 p.m. The San Jose Police Department said she had not taken her medication. Ramani is described as an Asian woman who stands about 5-foot-4, 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. 1,000 people evacuate East Bay Costco after refrigerant leak

(KRON) -- Approximately 1,000 people were forced to evacuate a Costco in Concord due to a refrigerant leak, the Contra Costa County Fire Department said. The Costco is located at 24000 Monument Blvd. About 800 customers and 200 employees were inside the store. Con Fire said that they learned of the leak at 2:06 p.m. Employees became aware of it when someone spotted a white cloud moving through the store. No injuries have been reported, Con Fire said.
