That is according to the Pike County Emergency Management Agency Director Nee Jackson who says there is also a brush fire in the area whree the fireworks were being set off. WORTHINGTON, KY (WOWK) - It was a scary situation for one man when his boat sank in the Ohio River and he was left hanging onto a boat dock for dear life for more than an hour. The incident happened in Worthington, Kentucky. A neighbor, Terry Hapney, got home from work early and heard the man, John Delawder, yelling for help. Hapney immediately called 911, and a Worthington Police Officer responded, followed by local fire and rescue crews.
