(UPDATE 10:15 p.m.) Billings Police Sgt. Benjamin Beck says the call of a robbery and shooting came in at 8:43 p.m. on Sunday. Two people were shot at the Treasure Cove Casino - an employee and a customer, whose injuries are not life-threatening.Beck said a suspect entered the casino, brandished a gun at the employee, shot the employee, and then shot a customer while running out of the casino.Officers were working on suspect information. Law enforcement is searching for a Busby mother and her three kids, missing since October 23 and believed to be in the Billings area.On Sunday, November 6, 2022, the Montana Department of Justice and Billings Police Department issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert (MEPA) for Rhearae Newholy and her three children.Family members are concerned that Newholy, 40 years old, may be suicidal and there is concern for the safety and well-being of her and her children. The United States Department of the Interior announced $420 million in funding allocated for improved water supply infrastructure divided between several Western and Midwestern states facing extreme, long-term drought conditions. $57 million of the funding goes towards the Rocky Boy North Central Montana Rural Water System, which provides water to more than 30,000 residents.
