(WTNH) - A third suspect has been charged with murder after last month's fatal shooting outside Waterbury Superior Court, Waterbury police say. 26-year-old Nicholas Chiapponi of Glastonbury was charged with murder and conspiracy at murder. The Biden administration is reimposing sanctions on Venezuelan oil, it announced on Wednesday.
