A police officer was hurt in a crash at a construction site on Route 3A in Billerica, Massachusetts, on Friday, according to police. Health officials are reminding residents to protect themselves against tick-borne diseases after a case of Powassan virus was reported in Sharon, Massachusetts. We had another widespread hard freeze across all of New England with freeze warnings Friday morning in southern New England and along the coast.
