Nashville, Tenn. (TN Tribune)-Nashville Zoo is excited to announce that three critically endangered Sumatran tiger cubs can now be seen in the Zoo’s Tiger Crossroads habitat. Starting today, the three cubs (Bulan, Zara and Kirana) will be exploring their habitat daily from 9 am until noon.  The habitat space is a new area for the cubs, and they will gradually become more comfortable with it over the next couple of months. These discharges primarily are for borrowers who signed up for President Biden’s Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan and are eligible for its shortened time-to-forgiveness benefit and as a result of fixes made by the Administration to income-driven repayment (IDR) forgiveness. Among the recruits are 6 NFD “Crossover Recruits” these are NFD EMS personnel who went through the NFD Training Academy to become firefighters. NASHVILLE — Alcohol possession and consumption will be prohibited on Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) Wildlife Management areas statewide, effective April 15 with the exception of designated areas. Alcohol is only permitted at designated TWRA campgrounds and on public waters bordering or within a WMA. Drunken-disorderly conduct is also prohibited.
