For the past 45 years, Barbara Cecchi, RN, BSN, Manager of Case Management, has warmed the hearts of many patients and coworkers along her career journey at both Leonard Morse Hospital (LMH) and Framingham Union Hospital (FUH). Barbara started at LMH as an ICU nurse and then became involved with case management at both hospitals, eventfully landing her most recent position as Manager of Case Management, which she has held for the last five years.
