PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person who was riding a motorcycle during a crash died in Salem Wednesday morning, authorities said. The Salem Police Department identified 32-year-old Zachary Hendrickson, of Salem, as the motorcyclist who was injured and subsequently died. PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland Public Schools is asking hundreds of custodians to give back part of their paychecks. (KOIN) – A Portland man was arrested Wednesday after stealing a Department of Homeland Security vehicle, leading authorities on a high-speed chase to Castle Rock, Wash., according to Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office.
