HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ)-- Members of Team Red, White and Blue completed the fourth leg in their tenth annual "Old Glory Relay" Monday evening at the Blair County Courthouse.
The 52-mile leg of the relay began Monday morning at Penn State's Old Main Lawn before making it's way to Hollidaysburg. In total the one flag will have gone from Philadelphia to Chicago on May 18th, over 1,600 miles in 30 days.
"It's the importance of spreading the word that our veterans are still important to us," Chris McGee, the chapter coordinator for the Lehigh Valley chapter of Team Red, White and Blue said.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A Meyersdale man is facing charges after allegedly impersonating a State Constable in an attempt to steal a farm animal.
George Porter, 60, is facing a charge of impersonating a public servant after police were called to a residence on April 6 on Greenville Road on reports that a ram had been stolen. The ram had been found to be living in a garage on PennDOT's property in the area two to three weeks earlier and that the staff had been feeding and taking care of it.

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Bald Eagle Area School District has announced that they have approved a 5-year contract for a new superintendent.
Christopher Santini will serve as the Superintendent of Schools starting on July 1. He arrives at Bald Eagle with experience in school administration. He currently serves as the Director of Pupil Services and Operations for Central Cambria School District in Ebensburg.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) has an Allegheny Mountain Realignment project to construct a new stretch of mainline roadway that has stirred up anger in residents.
The Citizens to Save Allegheny Mountain (CSAM) are opposing the project because of the destruction it will bring.

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A Johnstown man is facing felony charges after allegedly raping a girl starting when she was 6 and until she was 15.
Bryan Miller, 49, is facing a felony rape of a child charge after police were called to the Child Advocacy Center in Richland on reports of a victim that was there to talk about Miller. The victim told police that the assaults had started when she was between 6 - 8 years old and lasted until she was 15

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A high-speed police chase ended after the suspect crashed on church property, state police said.
Jason Moore, 44, of Moshannon, was arrested after a police chase Sunday into Monday, April 22. Troopers said he crashed on the property of Severin Church on Kylertown Drifting Highway in Morrisdale and then tried to run on foot, according to the criminal complaint.
