This style of cooking elevates and honours every part of the chicken giving a zero-waste concept. The venue is in the historical site of the British Linen Bank which has been restored since its inception in 1902. Sicilian chef, Remo Mazzucato, has over 50 years of experience around the globe. This Italian restaurant in Marylebone is a little more intimate than its other four venues but is still set over two floors.
