Stress is something that many of us have to contend with. I don't suffer from depression, but stress does sneak upon me. It's easy to ruin the day with a couple of bad words to someone. It's as if I can actually see myself -unable to stop-from being an asshole. Now that the light has lifted, it's like sobering up. I must meditate. Native Americans also used this plant to help them cross over into the spirit world. All that ..read more

My spiritual travels change day to day. I like to think they are evolving with my own growth and curiosity. I'm many things to many different people. My research has helped me evolve in ways I can't begin to understand. I have found roots that explain much of who and what I am. I am a male witch. As of today, that's the best I can come up with to explain the array of "things" that take place within my life and emotions. For years I have felt things around other people. Long before I had any knowledge of the third eye, I knew better than to touch or hang around people with bad mojo, as I term ..read more
