Hi everyone with sadness I am announcing that my business 'Heathers Inspiration' has now officially closed. This is due to my failing health battling bowel and bladder cancer I can no longer work as I would wish too which although hard to accept is how things are.  I want to thank each and every person who has helped me whether you shopped, shared posts on social media, encouraged me, shared ideas etc. I have been truly blessed with the kindness of you all.  Hi everyone 'Valentines Day' will soon be here. With that in mind I created this dimensional heart card idea for inspiration. Using the Sweet Dixie Filigree Floral Heart cutting die cut out six hearts. (We stock this die in the online shop) Each heart was folded in half, creating a central crease. Inked all the diecut pieces in a mix of red & brown on both sides. Then the fiddly part, placing glue on one half of the folded heart & sticking together. This week I created a quick card idea for the blog which could be for a mix of occasions. Just because, Thank you etc... It has soft spring tones with a hint of colour and incorporated the use of the following items: Crafty Individuals stamp 'Fly And Be Free'  This was stamped onto white card using Versafine vintage sepia ink. Distress oxide inks - scattered straw, wilted violet and bundled sage  Blended & mixed gently over the stamped image, spritzed with plain water & dried. Hi everyone today I am sharing some Christmas crafting ideas for inspiration. Beautiful rustic Christmas cards & a tag. Snowflakes are the theme, inspired by the snow we had this week.
