Barclays Women’s Super League clubs West Ham United, Manchester City and Leicester City are set to fly to Australia in pre-season as they compete in the inaugural Perth International Football Cup. Tournament organisers TEG Sport have announced the news via a post on their official website. It has been reported that the tournament will take place between 28 August 2024 and 1 September 2024. Sunderland have agreed to form a partnership with North East Regional Football League Premier Division club Chester-Le-Street Town. The Cestrians announced details of the agreement via a post on their official club X account this evening. It is understood that Sunderland’s Professional Game Academy League side will establish links with Chester-Le-Street Town from next season. Manchester City defender Esme Morgan has completed a move to American National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club Washington Spirit.
